We want to provide an encouraging update on the status of COVID-19 in our Oak Trace community. As of today, June 1, we have no active resident cases of COVID-19 in our community. We have one remaining Health & Wellness Center resident who previously tested positive for the virus and is being cared for in the hospital.

By way of recap, we also have three active team member cases of COVID-19 among individuals from our Health & Wellness Center. These team members are self-isolating at home with the support of our Human Resources team.

While this is encouraging news, we will continue to work with the DuPage County Health Department and our Medical Director to follow our infection control protocols carefully. Our team continues to be proactive in mitigating the risk of further exposure to the virus within our community. We continue to be diligent in our commitment to protecting the health and safety of our residents and team members.
